Please regard the outlines below as an indication of the possibilities - we are open to other conversations but all members need roles focused around the core running of the retreat.
Our story has been one of adapting and changing roles fairly regularly according to the skills of colleagues and the needs of the ministry in order to make a functioning whole.

Alongsiders volunteer to live and work with us for shorter periods, generally 6 - 24 months
We have many openings for short stay volunteers 1 - 2 weeks at a time
